Experiment 1 – Effect of heat movement 1

Experiment method

The calorie when having jetted it to the sample for one second was measured by using the dry cloth sample (polyester) by the KES heat insulation measurement (dry pace method). The temperature of the hot platen was set to 30℃. (The skin surface temperature of the person is 30℃ and is assumed.)

Verification result

The calorie changes greatly immediately after the spray, and it takes later 180 seconds to becoming as well as before the calorie jets it. It is understood to move the calorie for about 180 seconds from spraying it for one second. (It is understood to obtain the cold sense in 180 seconds.)

Experiment 2 – Effect of heat movement 2

Experiment method

Measuring instrument: Emuemuai Clothes pressure weighing device AM13037-20 Ltd.
Laboratory temperature degree: 30℃ Humidity: 70 %( state that sweat blots to amount only in sitting)
T-shirt of the cotton 100% was worn, the installation (Between T-shirt and the skin) and the temperature were steady, the temperature sensor was sprayed on the right side of T-shirt on the vicinity of both armpits for one second, and the temperature in clothes was measured.

Verification result

Temperatures fluctuate is 13 in the temperature in clothes immediately after the spray . It is twice, and there is big feeling of coolness. It can be confirmed that afterwards, there are temperatures fluctuate in the indoor temperature and the cooling temperature for ten minutes or more.

The other companies’ cool spray was sprayed on the skin for one second, and the temperature change was observed by the thermograph.

Examination 2

It sprayed on T-shirt of cotton for one second of Kei Thai air conditioner, and the temperature change was observed by the thermograph clothes.

Verification result

There is no durability and the temperature change will hardly be seen in one minute though the effect of cooling at the moment is seen as for the other companies’ cool spray. Because Kei Thai air conditioner sprays it on clothes, the temperature on the surface of clothes understands and it is understood to continue cooling for ten minutes or more.

Experiment 4

Anti-bacterium

It preserved at 25℃ after the bacterium liquid of the staphylococcus aureus was vaccinated after the active service for the aerosol was assumed to be a specimen material, and the specimen material was diluted, and the viable cell count in the examination Liquid was measured 1 minute and 5 minutes later. The refinement water was used as a contrast. Because Target of the dilution of the specimen material here is wet clothes in the sweat, it is assumed that the specimen material is diluted with the sweat and is doing.

Method of examining anti-bacterium

The one that sprayed on lightly wet by used cotton and polyester as examination dry cloth extent and was dry for 24 hours was assumed to be a specimen material, and the antimicrobial activity of the specimen material was examined referring to the liquid absorption of 10.1 anti-fungoid examination method bacteria method of 1902:2002 JIS L textile goods. One strain of the staphylococcus aureus was examined.
It calculated by Sakin revitalization value = Mb-Mc.

Verification result
